An accomplished embryologist with a 17-year record of achievement in clinical embryology and IVF for infectious, discordant or concordant couples (HIV, HBV, HCV). Holder of the Association of Clinical Embryologists' (ACE) certificate and one of the first two people in the UK to successfully pass the Royal College of Pathology exams for clinical embryology. Holder of a UK Health & Care Professions Council License (HCPC- CS18595), Dubai Health Authority License (DHA-P-0071659) and Dubai Healthcare City DHCC License (AH0893-14).

Established the Laboratory Quality Management System in DGFC and completed the Accreditation Canada International Program (Accreditation Program specifically designed for fertility clinics) in March 2016 making the DGFC the first ART Lab in the Middle East Internationally Accredited for Quality of Service. Completed Re-Accreditation of the IVF Lab of DFC by the Accreditation Canada International Program in March 2019 at Diamond level which is the highest to be achieved Responsible for the conceptual design of the whole IVF laboratory sections and associated areas, and overseen construction /completion in the new DHA Dubai Fertility Centre completed in December 2020.
